Boxing is a sport and an art, as Mohamed Ali once famously said – “Float like a butterfly, Sting like a bee”

It is the most punishing thing I’ve ever done to myself but for some reason I always go back for more… Believe me it gets easier!

 Depending how beaten up I get over the next few hours I will try and get some pictures up of my gym and me in action…
